Sustainability transformation steps
- Hosting of an internal digital workshop on “Sustainability in Retail” with stakeholders from different business units & departments, sustainability, procurement, and retail markets
- Identification of the biggest fields of action for adidas, and defining a common vision for the company
- Bringing together all relevant internal stakeholders, and guiding them through the change process for more sustainable retail marketing
- Creation of a comprehensive retail marketing guideline that provides the blueprint for all future adidas retail campaigns – inspirational, data-backed, and trackable – and is now used as standard within the adidas campaign development process
