The ultimate goal was long-term sustainable transformation, to reduce the CO2 impact of such projects while ensuring an outstanding brand experience and developing Breuninger’s reputation as a sustainable brand. We delivered coordinated short- and long-term action steps focusing on the biggest levers for change, and involving all project stakeholders.
